My name is Olga. I am an elegant, delightful Russian girl born in Moscow and living in the Moscow metropolitan area. I love this city. Its historical legacy makes the citizens different –I think more distinctive– from inhabitants in other places. If one day my encounter friend would like a personalized sight-seeing tour, I can show him a bit of my Moscow he would probably not see on a traditional tour. After exploring the secret corners of the Kremlin and Red Square we’d visit GUM, the most fascinating and unique shopping/restaurant/entertainment complex anywhere, with its many splendid views of St. Basil’s Cathedral. I love to taste the delicious ice-cream there.
Then I’d escort my guest to the nearby Moscow River, not far from Radisson Royal hotel, where we would sit back on leisurely boat trip and enjoy awe-inspiring views of the iconic Moscow skyline……and missing no opportunities to gaze at the most famous buildings of the city while enjoying delightful cocktails & hors d’oeuvres.
I especially love this city when it is full of tourists and shoppers bustling about. There are a vast multitude of shops in the center of the city, in price ranges to suit everyone, which offer a staggering array of unique items from antiques to fabulous art and jewelry.
Whilst exploring these treasures during the day, there are countless small sidewalk cafes and quaint neighborhood bars where we could relax and gather a unique perspective on the city. Evening finds Moscow’s city center thronged with people, late into the night, enjoying the myriad of trendy bars and chic restaurants……….places where I like to have a glass of delicate wine and an intimate conversation with someone very nice.
